In order to strengthen the education and training of young teachers, on the morning of October 23rd, our school held a Three Entries promotion meeting for young teachers of SEAUFE and Hefei Advanced Institute of AUFE in Conference Room 201 of the school. Professor He Xianjie, Vice President of Academic Affairs, Executive Vice President of Hefei Advanced Institute, leaders of our institute, subject leaders, and young teachers attended the meeting, which was presided over by Professor Liang Zhong, Hefei Advanced Institute.
Professor Li Gang, the dean, briefly introduced the scientific research achievements of our school and pointed out the future development direction. At the same time, he stated that our school will strive to create conditions to help young teachers. Vice Dean Professor Li Qiang and Professor Zhang Changquan successively introduced our research and teaching teams, affirming the achievements made by our senior teachers while also expressing hope and messages to young teachers.
Professor He Xianjie introduced the functions and positioning of Hefei Advanced Institute,and pointed out that the convening of the Three Entries promotion meeting provides a good opportunity for new young teachers to exchange ideas, and also reflects the concern of the school and college leaders for the scientific research and teaching work of young teachers. Finally, Professor He Xianjie emphasized the need to strengthen communication and exchange between the Hefei Advanced Institute and the college, deepen the interdisciplinary integration, organize and refine the direction and build a team, carry out academic activities in an organized manner, and build an academic brand with the characteristics of AUFE in an organized manner.
